Vtg Signed 925 Israel Sterling Silver Pendant Brutalist Red Jelly Belly Stones

I got some info. I was told this is Israel silver
I really have NO IDEA ABOUT THIS PIECE. I TRIED TO MATCH THE MARK UP BUT COULDNT FIND ANY INFORMATION ON IT. Has 2 little tiny red stones. If you know what this marking is please message me with the makers. I even tried Google lens with no luck.
