My mannequin is size 4 and fits her great. Extra room in bust and little in waist so could probably fit size 6. Please see measurements in pics.

No fabric tag, but its that great, slick rayon acetate! Hardly any wrinkle.
The belt has a slight crease, but cant see when wearing.
