Vintage 1980s Black Velvet Micro Mini Dress with Back Cut Out, Size Medium

Witchy micro mini black velvet dress that I’m guessing is from the 80s with open pleated sleeves. It has a cut out in the back. The only opening is buttons at the neck. I think this could be worn with the cut out in the front if you wanted to.

Size – approximately a modern Medium but check measurements

Shoulders – 17″ across

Chest – 19.5″ pit to pit

Sleeves – 12.5″ from shoulder seam

Waist – approx 20.5″ acrosss

Hips – approx 21″ across

Length – 30.5″

Condition – There are some minor scuffs in the velvet but no major flaws
