You are buying a South Park Cartman Funky Chunky Fridge Magnet 1998 Comedy Central Polar Magnetics
Magnet is brand new, sealed. Packaging has shelfwear from age, and also is just very cheap flimsy packaging. It is a little warped with some creasing, the plastic windows glue also has dried up so the window is loose in package, still stays in place fine though. Bottom cardboard lip wont stay closed. Still looks great displayed. (Please refer to pictures for specific physical condition).
