Miriam Haskell jewelry is hugely popular and highly collectible. Ms. Haskell (1899-1981) opened her first boutique in New York in 1924, selling unusual hand-made pieces. A contemporary of Coco Chanel, Ms. Haskell’s designs were among the most creative and celebrated pieces of the 20th century.
The black coating on one bead has a tiny chip on the back, which won’t be visible (last photo). The MH stamp is slightly discolored. The hardware may have darkened over time, adding a cool vintage cachet to these designer beads.
A must-have piece for your vintage jewelry collection!
