Beautiful Vintage Marcasite and Sterling Heart Pendant/Garnet Center Necklace

This vintage basket weave heart pendent enhanced with tiny marcasite stones features a faceted heart shaped garnet in the center
The pendent is 1” long without bail and 1 1/4 with bail. And marked 925 sterling
The fine twisted flat chain is 22” and marked 925 Italy.
This is a vintage estate ore-owned piece in excellent condition.
