Vintage 1940’s Chalkware Figurine Night Light Lamp

Hansel Greta Boy & Girl Children with Doves is charming with the lights off. Looks just like the Grimm Fairy Tale children lost in the woods.

This is an early example of a night light from the first part of 20th century and would have been a special luxury for a child’s room.

BASEMENT RESCUE
There is damage in places (pictured) but overall intact and working. I do not mind the damage at all on this piece and I think adds to its antique intrigue.

It looks best with low watt bulb. It apoears the cord was replaced in 60’s or 70’s. You be judge.
