Rare vintage 1950s Genuine Lambskin / Genuine Fur Trim Satin Lined Stunning Hollywood Glam Winter Evening Coat Women’s Small. 40″ chest, 46″ length, 15.5″ under arm, 23″ outer sleeve. No brand or size tag. Was purchased in Alaska almost 70 years ago! Beautiful – But does need some serious attention! Dry Clean Only! The leather is nice and supple!

First, this coat needs professionally cleaned! There are a lot of loose satin threads inside. The right wrist cuff needs about 2″ inches repaired along the fur line. Also needing repaired or replaced is the satin lining to the leather along the bottom hem of the coat – can easily be stitched. However, the thick satin lining is deteriorating underneath and should be replaced. There is a zipper track that needs a new zipper installed. The stunning buckles work great! There are some age related flaws to the coat, but with the right repair person this can be preserved for another 70 years!
