Wonderful Kollage Splendor yarn.
This yarn has an amazing amount of texture and dimension.
I believe that each strand has multiple components.
The skein is intact, so I don’t want to cut it to verify.
Here is my best guess (which may be slightly off once it is cut):
There are two (plied?) strands, one in bright blue and the other in a sky blue.
There is a silky ladder yarn that is white.
There is a strand with feathery very light blue extensions.
Put all together, this yarn is very soft.
My guess is that it will be fun to work with and comfortable to wear.
